Why Didn’t I Receive My Order Confirmation Email?

Order confirmations are sent via email immediately after an order is placed. If you have not received your email, we recommend checking your SPAM folder. All email correspondence is sent frominfo@normalizebougie.com

If you are still unable to locate it, it is possible that it may have been a typo in the email address you entered at the time of purchase. Please contact us at info@normalizebougie.com  with the name associated with the order and the email address you would like to receive email correspondence. We’ll be happy to make the change for you!


My package was stolen or lost in transit. What do I do?

All packages are insured through Shopify and processed via usps tracking. Contact USPS in regards to questions. We are not held liable for packages after they have left our facility.


My Item Is Sold Out! How Can I Reorder?

We restock best seller items frequently. Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size and/or color. You can be notified by email by clicking the black “EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE” button. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

How Long After I Place My Order Will It Ship?

In Stock Items

In stock items ship in approximately 5-10 business days, excluding holidays.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-Orders are the best way to ensure your items are reserved before being out of stock. If you pre-order any items on the website it means you are paying in advance for an item that is NOT in stock to secure your size. Please pay attention to the estimated shipping date, on the product page, before placing your order. If you place a pre-order along with an item in stock, your entire order will ship all at once when the pre-order arrives.  

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, domestic orders can ship to a PO box.

How Do I Return An Item?

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Return request must be approved prior to shipping back your item(s). Items without an associated return request cannot be processed.   


Store credits are valid for one (1) year. Defective items must be reported within 7 days. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Do You Have A Size Guide?

Yes, if a size chart is available it will be located on the item’s product page.

What Happens If I Forgot To Use A Discount Code?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount.

How do I cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed it cannot be canceled for any reason.
